Menswear Fashion Week

The latest in the works for Siren Productions is the Menswear Fashion Week, sponsored by KMADD. The events are in their advanced planning stages and are scheduled to take place January 2010. The 8th to 16th will be the most important week for men's fashion that Second Life has seen.

The events will consist of individual designer shows, large group shows, parties and live music events. We trust that this will be a valuable tool for you to showcase your new and old designs alike, while having fun and getting to know your customers and fellow designers.

At this point, we are assessing interest from designers so we would appreciate your prompt feedback. Also, if you are interested in a show exclusively for your creations, please let us know.

If you'd like to hear more about the progress and planning, contact Lexie Jansma in world via notecard or IM. We look forward to hearing from you!

Latex Fetishwear Fashion Week Roundup

Well, the LFFW is in the bag, and what a success it was. Over 20 shows in 10 days in eight different locations, including our home sim, Atonement, OWK, The Champagne Room, Kayliwulf Kingdom, Yggdrasil, Femdom and the Velvet Thorne. We packed over 40 designers into the sim to showcase their creations whilst visitors enjoyed shopping from old favourites to new gems. Parties were had, friends were made and strong working relationships were formed.

Some of the highlights for me had to be the "Seven Deadly Sins" show and the "Scene Stealer" show. They both featured large, unique sets with careful co-ordination and large casts of excellent models.

Below, I have included some great pictures from the week, but do make sure to visit the Siren Production's flickr page, which is constantly being updated with more photos. If you have any you'd like us to add, just drop them on us in world.

A big thank you to everyone involved. You know who you are, and we couldn't have done it without you!
